We deliver ashes by private car. That’s all we do. We do not transport parcels, packages or other goods, no motorbikes, no vans. This exclusive focus allows us to provide the attention, respect and sensitivity that this important task deserves. Every delivery is handled by a member of our team personally – never outsourced, ensuring your loved one is treated with dignity at every step of the journey home.

A: Yes. We have full public liability insurance. This insurance allows us to deliver ashes anywhere in the UK and Europe.
Q: Who handles the ashes?
A: Only our trusted team members. We do not use third-parties or general delivery services.
Q: Where do you deliver to?
A: We offer journeys to the UK, Channel Islands, Ireland and parts of Europe. Please contact us for specific locations of any access concerns
Q: Is this service available directly to families?
A: Yes. While most of our work comes through funeral directors, families are welcome to contact us directly to make arrangements. If you have not yet chosen a funeral director we are happy to suggest one of our trusted partners
Q: Do you deliver anything other than ashes?
A: No. We are exclusively an ashes delivery service. This focus allows us to offer the utmost care and attention to each delivery.
Q: Are you involved with any of the documentation and paperwork?
A: Yes, we will sign release papers and deliver death certificates.
